The IT Quality Tech Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to
directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the
business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of
subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in
particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables.
Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects
the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

The candidate will Manage the end to end Testing environment overseeing across the divisions/segments, local, regional and at global level the systems/applications testing environment availability and readiness.

'Key responsibilities
Coordinate data backup and refresh of test environments, aligning masking model and other data needs across LOBs/ecosystem

  • Verify test environments meet the expected criteria and requirements.
  • Managing day to day tasks related to validating Environment readiness across Camellia ecosystem, monitoring, trouble shooting, running daily reports and escalations
  • Supports Camellia strategy with the respective Test Management/Project Management to drive execution of testing methodology in the development and implementation of comprehensive test plans for effectively validating the functionality of the divestiture
  • Partners with outside vendors, clients, and partners in the coordination of testing efforts and process initiatives
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Oversight and proper reporting to Testing Manager, Programs Managers, Enviroment manager and executive stakeholders considering Local, Regional and Global apps releases and changes planned, impacting ecosystem and facilitating impact analysis across line of businesses.
  • Communicate to Testing Teams every releases deployed on daily basis, facilitating checkpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Management, computer system engineering or related.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Operations and/or Technology areas. Preferably in TTS, Markets, GFTS or Finance areas.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English is required
  • More than 5 years of experience in Testing Program Management, managing complex implementation projects environment/batch or release management.
  • Senior level experience in an IT Testing role with commensurate experience in defect management
  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end testing processes, Quality Center and other testing related tools as Jira/Zephyr
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, project/program management skills with proven experience driving large, dynamic programs with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and influence others; diplomacy skills to negotiate and persuade at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at senior levels and to facilitate discussions at medium levels.
  • Proactivity, multitasking and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams in projects of high impact and change management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships, partner attitude, teamwork.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive parts of the program/project independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
