Purpose

Provide Leadership and Manage the ITERO day-to-day  operation areas.

Essential obligations and responsibilities

  • Leadership: Responsible for helping in the direction of the ITERO Manufacturing departments teams coordinating several work shifts.
  • Manage Functional Unit Performance: Assisting in Quality, On-Time delivery, and Cost performance achieving agreed targets.
  • Able to generate analyze and monitor productions forecasts and materials.
  • Building and maintaining relationships within all departments and/or equipment suppliers.
  • Work within multicultural and multilingual Align’ global environment.
  • Staff Development: assisting provide training to skilled and semi-skilled positions to support on-going production needs in a growth environment.
  • Required to develop and coach internal candidates for leadership roles through iTero different depts
  • Assist Implement and champion continuous process improvement methodologies and techniques.
  • Establish process capabilities; monitor and perform audits of all processes, provide technical support to operations with existing processes and commercialization of new processes.
  • Able to prepare Business Cases for new products, projects, improvements, etc.
  • Able to collect and analyze data, metrics, and charts in order to lead and find root cause analysis (RCA) corrective actions and continue improvements (CI) on all ITERO areas.
  • Optimize equipment, space, and personnel utilization.
  • Able to work and lead other under pressure and able to deliver results while maintaining good working environment.
  • Team oriented able to receive and share professional opinions aiming to the success of whole iTero business unit.
  • Closely daily work with engineering, SC, QA-RA

Desirable education, skills and/or experience

  • Ideal candidate will possess more than 7 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment leading and motivating teams of skilled and semi-skilled workers.
  • Bachelor-Undergraduate degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree desirable
  • Problem solving methodologies or experience in day to day easy or complicated solutions.
  • Direct experience with modern manufacturing process control, automation, process performance measurement, and improvement.
  • Experienced in FDA regulated or ISO compliant business environments.
  • Green or Black belt certification
  • Knowledge, or at least be familiar with Six Sigma, 5S and Lean manufacturing wanted

Advanced English 

Workday and working hours.

Those requested by the company to meet the requirements of our customers and the capacity of our machinery installed in different schedules and days, without exceeding the above, the total weekly hours specified in the Mexican Federal Labor Law.
