We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as ITIL -ITSM Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be reviewing the request/ask from Business team and work towards creating complex SQL queries and writing customized C scripts to extract data from application database.
- Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze / troubleshoot issues and provide technical support and recommendation for resolution.
- Candidate will be responsible for handling all Production and user reported issues pertaining to application (Technical Skills: C & SQL) that’s supported.
- Proactively identify the recurring problems and provide a unified solution to eliminate/minimize the disruptions.
- Good communication skills required to work with Business / IT / Offshore team directly in day-to-day work activities.
- Knowledge on ITIL/ ITSM Tools and work experience on Support or maintenance projects is required.
Top Skills: C, C++, Shell Scripting & SQL.
Location can be only CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey: GDL is prefer
Work model: HO, Hybrid, office, (If is Hybrid, specify how many days at week candidates has to show to office): Hybrid
