We are currently searching for a Java Support Engineer :

Responsibilities:

  • Research, document, and prioritize customer issues.
  • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
  • Interact with project teams for new product development insights.
  • Assist in support hours of operation and off-hour production emergencies.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, including mentorship.
  • Troubleshoot user management requests on Salesforce platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR 6+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of web application development in Java .
  • Experience with HTML, APEX, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Prior experience with APIs or REST services.
  • Experience with public cloud technologies ( AWS, Azure, GCP ).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Working knowledge of container technologies ( Docker, Kubernetes ).
  • Ability to interpret application server thread dumps and log files.
  • Experience with Scrum in Agile Development environment.
  • Familiarity with Database concepts and PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of Monitoring & Alerting Tools.
  • Experience in DevOps setup and monitoring applications in AWS Infrastructure.
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.

Desired:

  • B2B Domain experience.
  • Knowledge of ITIL architecture.
  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture and API/Microservices Architecture.
  • Background in Retail, CPG, and logistics domains.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
