Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.   

About the role

The Sales Training Analyst & Administration Support will be responsible for coordinating, planning and delivering courses and workshops to the sales force, administrative staff and managers of GM dealers, with the objective of increasing the key indicators as sales penetrations. This role will also support as a planner for the Sales Senior Director, in activities related to business presentations, events and agenda management.

Location: Monterrey, MX

Contract Type: Full time - 6 month Fixed Term contract (contract could be rewened based on project & activities)

What you need

  • Bachelor degree is required.
    • Desirable to have a Training Administration or Instructor Diplomas.
  • Advanced English Skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience in administration and budgets management.
  • Business course facilitation skills and / or skills development.
  • Experience in organizing training events.
  • Knowledge in usage of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word).
  • Desirable experience in measuring training effectiveness using Kirk Patrick model.
  • Desirable knowledge of learning techniques for adults.
  • Ability to communicate at different levels in an organization.
  • Effectively carry out different tasks and / or projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to design training programs and courses.
  • Development of manuals and training materialss

What you will be doing

  • Execute logistics of courses, workshops and Invoice management
  • Effectively manage the training fund
  • Support with Training activities
  • Availability to travel across Mexico (30%). 
  • Support with adhoc activities related to department expenses and travel logistics
  • Support with organization of team activities and management of leaeder agendas
