International Operations offers a wide range of wholesale and retail automotive financing products to dealers and their customers. Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.   

About the role

The LAO SC Intern will be learning and supporting the activities related to MIS, invoicing and governance on the implementation of action plans of multiple operational and administrative
processes related to administration of the Service Center.

This position will allow the candidate to learn and focus on processes related to administration, data analysis, governance and compliance of a vendor administration. Learn basic concepts and KPIs for managing a Service Center (Call center), as well as developing the capability to perform analysis of data to identifying opportunity areas and propose ideas. Assigned responsibilities will permit to develop networking and communication with other areas related, such as Collections and Customer Service.

This position is located in San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León

What you need

  • Time Availability: 4-5 hours daily between 8am – 5pm.
  • To be 1 year (or more) away from graduation.
  • Student of Business Administration, Banking, Economy, Finance, Accounting, Data science, or related fields.
  • Attention to details.
  • Customer service values / orientation.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) both written and verbal (Desirable).
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to embrace change and to adapt to organizational challenges.
  • Data management and reporting.
  • Analytical and problem solving ability.

What you will be doing

  • Support the implementation of a pre-defined action plan during the year, ensuring consistency and gathering of evidence to support the implementation of the action plans.
  • Enhance and maintain a mechanism of governance for all administrative and operational processes for managing the vendor and operations of the area.
  • Support with data analysis to identify opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency in the different line of business of the area.
