You'll Do: You will be directly reporting to the Global Payments Lead under the Order to Cash process organization.
You will take ownership of meeting the daily targets and agreed Service Levels for processes within scope. You will provide stakeholder support on disputes or inquiries concerning Global Payment processes. You will work closely with the Treasury Team relative to payment posting based on customer remittance advice in an accurate and timely manner and redirecting incorrect payments as appropriate.
You will ensure proper process documentation and training to interns, contractors, and BPO agents supporting Global Payments. You will ensure that the Order to Cash activities within scope are supported daily.
What We're Looking For: You have completed a university degree in Accounting / Finance or a related subject.
You have strong executional leadership with a strategic mindset to perform and implement Order-to-Cash processes and projects. You are comfortable with numbers, analytical, and have a data-driven approach in problem-solving with a hint of creativity that fosters innovation.
You are proactive and agile with a strong commitment to delivering what is promised. You have good interpersonal and communication skills, who can easily navigate within the organization to collaborate with different teams. You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
