Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Support corporate reputation, maintain our social license to operate and mitigate reputational risks:

Drive employe engagement and funding campaigns, including coordination of the local volunteering network.

Support and create executive messaging and communications content to support the Citizenship & Sustainability agenda before internal and external audiences.  

Serve as a consultant to the PepsiCo Food and Beverages Brand teams to develop impactful cause-related marketing programs (e.g. Doritos #PrideAllYear, Quaker Qrece) working closely with the Brand Communications team.

Project manager for the deployment of high impact programs with reputed external partners, holding them accountable via reporting of progress in alignment with our Contracts and Donations guidelines.

Your Impact as Jr. Manager of Social Responsibility at Fundación México PepsiCo, your scope would consist of …

  • Manage local volunteering network (admin & FL associates). Accountable for execution of actions.  
  • Propose, co-design and manage social and environmental programs that fit PMF and LAB local brands purpose agendas, aligned with Pep +, Regional and Global guidelines. Accountable for providing consultation & executing.
  • Execute local deployment of regional multi-year programs. Accountable for executing.
  • Identify and cultivate potential institutional partners. Accountable for executing.
  • Collaborate with PMF and GEPP sales´ teams to support engagement with clients on pep+ & Foundation´s agendas. Accountable for providing consultation & program excecution.
  • Ensure that external and internal communication strategies, including engagement with public officials, is adequately supported with C&S messaging.
  • Drive employee engagement in alignment with EVP team. Accountable for executing.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • B.S in Corporate Social Responsibility, International Relations, Public Policy, Communications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the social sector or corporate social responsibility.
  • Advanced English (Writing and Speaking Skills)
  • Experience in project management and working with social organizations
  • Knowledge of Mexico’s public policy agenda and public sphere with the capacity to identify potential working agendas, partnerships and risks.
  • Knowledge using Power BI and Excel
