YOUR ROLE

• Main task included but not limited Ensure local applications of Corporate Standards in terms of Financial Reporting Actively contribute to wide a compliance culture and alert on specific issues.
• Maintains hands-on knowledge of all Controlling processes and can conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Leading projects on standardization and harmonization of controlling processes Strong coordination of Cost Center
• Accounting maintenance of Cost Center structure and periodically review correct postings.
• Ensure local applications of Corporate Standards in terms of Financial Reporting Controlling Profitability Analysis and TOPAS reporting for the region with BUs and other FO areas.
• Responsible of FI-CO and PCA-COPA reconciliation, Support any BU or FO project in SAP.
• Elaboration and opportune reporting of monthly / quarterly internal financial statements at product group level ensuring integrity and accuracy of information.
• Elaboration and opportune reporting of monthly profitability analysis reports at Profit Center and SBU Product level ensuring integrity and accuracy of information and giving support to business units.

Preparation and distribution of all post / pre-closing reports required.

Apply Quality Management System in accordance to ISO norm in the daily activities and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process.

YOUR SKILLS

1. SAP FI / CO Modules

2. Very good knowledge Microsof office (especially Excel, outlook and Power Point)

3. TOPAS Reporting

4. English Intermediate - Advanced

5. Advanced Excel and macro VBA

6. Power BI, Financial Dashboard
