We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Junior Community Manager Analyst who will be dedicated to contribute to our growing digital presence by analyzing and optimizing our social media and online engagement efforts to connect with fans, promote our brand, and create memorable experiences for our followers.
Responsibilities:
Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and values.
Foster a sense of community among our fans by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
Monitor social media channels and analyze engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Compile and present regular reports on social media performance, including key insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and monitor social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to inform our social media strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong passion for soccer and sports in general.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and monitoring tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and a proactive approach to community management.
Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
