THE WORK
- Create visually compelling and on-brand graphics, videos, animations and motion graphics for social media platforms, including landing pages, posts, and ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Tailor designs for each social media platform, considering format, size, and audience behavior.
- Ensure all graphics align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across social media channels.
- Stay informed about new design tools, social media trends, and industry best practices to continuously innovate.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design.
Proficiency in various Design Tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Jitter, and After Effects.
A deep understanding of social media platforms and their design needs.
Showcased passion, creativity, innovation, and a strong desire to keep learning and growing.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team setting.
Outstanding attention to detail and design proficiency.
