Requirements:
- 2-3 years of IT experience as a Java developer
- Associate’s/bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development (Java), or related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- ITIL certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex troubleshooting activities to resolve user-reported issues and system-triggered alerts
- Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between onsite and offshore teams for designated applications
- Manage applications, including installation, configuration, and administration, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to standards
- Support business-critical applications, monitor performance, identify service issues, and propose solutions for problem resolution and improvement
- Ensure application performance, availability, and compliance with company standards
- Provide on-call support for business-critical applications during non-core hours
