What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with 5 stakeholders to project manage the Social Media process and ensure it is being completed on time according to our timelines prior to launches.
- Develop timelines for new requests for social media and assign to appropriate coordinators while keeping the dashboard on track.
- Oversee the monthly production process to ensure everything is ready to go.
- Support with special projects as needed.
- Communicate clearly and frequently on all open issues.
- Have great judgment and take initiative to mitigate issues.
- Have fun and eager to learn.
- BS/BA degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of project or account management experience required, preferably in a fast growing company.
- Have experience with project management tools.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively in the constant changing environment
- You are highly motivated and able to work well independently and in a diverse team.
- You take direction well, prioritize, focus and are inventive.
Experience in big advertising agencies in similar positions.
- Prior experience in a beauty company.
