Job Title: Key Account Executive - Coppel Job Number: 2302214 Location: Mexico Reports To: Sales Manager Job Description: Commercialize the company's products, increasing sales by developing the business of the assigned accounts through personalized attention to buyers to detect opportunities/needs and provide solutions per the company's strategy, ensuring they offer all the products, services, and benefits to maximize the profitability of the company.

Specific Responsibilities: Sell the company's products through the development of commercial strategies Control assigned resources for promotional plans with customers Analyze sales data to improve account results Detect and develop business opportunities with new customers for market diversification Accomplish sales goals established for assigned clients Develop confidence relationships with customers through in-depth knowledge of their needs and requirements Secure business profitability through administration and control of LOD assigned to each account, adequate and well-timed execution of price increases, help maintain the level of DSO within the established parameters by the company, and accurate and opportune execution of the product portfolio's strategy defined to each client Be familiar with and manage KPIs for both company and accounts and continuously evaluate performance and establish corrections for possible deviations Participate in the S&OP process - feeding sales forecast based on sell-out and sell-in trend, seasons, and opportunities detected to increase the market share Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets (forecast) and reports, keeping sales records and PSI's analysis Collaborate with various departments within the company Requirements: Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of experience in the role, overseeing Coppel account English language medium level required Experience: Management of SAP, Genesis, Excel, and PowerPoint advanced skills and Suppliers Portal's Technical Skills Requirements: Negotiation Planning Customer Focus Finance knowledge Marketing knowledge E-commerce knowledge Soft Skills Requirements: Planning Organization Decision
