Role Summary:
- The role is responsible to ensure a healthy labor environment being in touch with Union Representatives, identifying any potential risks and attending properly all the Operative Collaborators concerns and processes.
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 4 years of Labor Relations Experience
- Experience working in Union environment
- Knowledge of Mexican labor Law
- Manage of labor problems
- Fluent English
- Experience with RIT and CCT
- Experience with Union negotiations
- Attend labor day to day situations as terminations, disciplinary actions, categories advancement, late arrivals,etc
- Participate actively in all the events and activities related with operative collaborators
- Be pending in the shift starting of the arrival of the buses, clocks, lockers and restrooms.
- Attend critical cases.
- Identify labor risks, elevate it and define actions.
- Participate with the Mixed Commissions.
- Collaborate with the pre-payroll process.
- Coordinate internal communication with the DO Area.
- Apply internal surveys to identify gaps and define action plans.
- Update the processes according with Mexican law changes.
- Attend Union Internal Representatives to address their concerns and requests.
- Ensure the application of the RIT
