Job Description:
Be part of our tomorrow a LATAM Consultant Pre-Sales Engineer
LATAM Consultant Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in these industries: Telecom, Financial Services, Retail, Banking Services, responsible to development vendors assigned (Cloud, Security, RPA, Networking) based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes. The Senior Technical Consultant is the functional and technical expert in customer engagements.
- Create and deliver workshops, demos, and PoC to customers.
- Design and deliver professional services related to assigned vendors.
- Work closely with the commercial team to develop and implement growth strategies at assigned vendors.
- Comply with the assigned certification plan.
- Respond to bids and deliver architecture proposals as required by our customers.
- Design and execute channel enablement plans.
- Deliver technical and pre-sales training to partners.
- Respond to requests within SLAs.
- Obtain excellent results in satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have to:
- 4+ years experience in the IT industry in Consultant Pre-Sales roles
- Industry domain expertise in IT areas (Cloud, Security, Networking, Automation)
- Creative with comfort running projects independently
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Experience working collaboratively
- Certifications are a plus in any of these areas (Cloud, Security, Networking or Automation)
- English Level B1 or C1
