Learning & Development Sr Analyst
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consults with business unit or LOB partners to identify learning and development needs and makes recommendations of appropriate solutions that meet business demands.
- May develop and/or update training materials, programs, curriculums, and collections within the LMS.
- Partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and/or develop content and design training material,
- Recommends appropriate solutions and delivery methods to optimize knowledge
- Manages communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates within the department.
- Uses analytics and standard learning metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness of programs. Creates evaluation and measurements tools (i.e., test pilots, annual impact surveys, etc.) for platform offerings.
- Develops sound relationships with business partners, managers, consultants.
