About the Role

Location: Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid Support Novartis transformation agenda by delivering expert change management support to large transformation programs aiming to drastically improve our operational efficiency so we can provide life-improving/ life- saving medicines faster to patients around the globe. This role enables business value realization by focusing on people centric change combined with deep experience in SAP implementation. Key Responsibilities: • As Lean Digital Core (LDC) Country Implementation Change Lead, you will Partner with the COUNTRY Leadership team, and LDC global and local program teams in transforming the organization to achieve its business strategy. You will be responsible for understanding the various change initiatives in the local agenda, taking into account the local organizational change readiness and local organizational and cultural specifics. • The Country Implementation Change Lead will use the Novartis change methodology to support Novartis' transformation by developing and implementing change management strategies for the Global SAP Program. Your focus will be on maximizing employee adoption of a unified ERP application landscape (SAP S/4HANA) and standard business processes by focusing on people-centric change. • Responsibilities include: provide air traffic control and feed back constraints to global program: Support market with translating global product activation approaches and building holistic change journeys for impacted user groups; support development country CM plan leveraging content provided considering all programs landing within timeframe (not only LDC); support localization of global approaches and materials to reflect their unique journey, culture, capability and experience with transformation; provide input to change communications and training plans; analyze and implement strategies to overcome resistance to change; build and lead the community of change agents in the country.

Role Requirements

Essential requirements: • Graduate or postgraduate degree; Coaching or psychology background desirable. • Further education in change management, organizational development; 5+ years’ experience driving organizational change SAP projects • Spanish an English Consulting Effective communication • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills; Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional; Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others; Ability to influence others(Sr. leadership) and move toward a common vision or goal Desirable requirements: • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry Why Novartis?
