Teams around Commercial, Finance, Procurement and Operations are building the future with a focus on migrating from a complex legacy ERP platform to the newest version of S4HANA.
The External Supply Solution Design Manager is the business representative in the External Manufacturing work stream to design, build and deploy the global External Supply solution for Novartis.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Act as the Business Solution/Adopt Manager responsible for External Manufacturing in close collaboration with the GPO (Global Process Owners), Business Champions, Subject Matter Experts and Functional IT Experts and work stream lead.
• Responsible to elaborate deliverables as per the project plan during conceptual design, build and deployment phase. Below is a list of such deliverables (not exhaustive), establish or update business standard operating procedures, establish user work instructions and training documentation.
• Elaborate SAP Job Profiles, implement business screening and testing of solution(s), support and chip in to data migration
• Ensures that user requirements and functional specifications are consistent with global / local processes
• Supply to master data preparation for Screening, Global and Local Testing and cut over
• Supports cutover and hyper care phases to ensure proper launch for subsequent country deployments
