We are searching for an outstanding player-coach Lead Software Engineer to join this hands-on role within the top-tier engineering team, driving forward projects involving cutting-edge technologies. You will oversee complex full-stack applications' design, development, and deployment.
Requirements: A minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Engineering. Expertise in TypeScript, GraphQL, and Serverless Framework. Proficiency in React and frontend development technologies.
In-depth understanding of API development, security best practices, and enterprise-grade systems. Strong experience in automated testing frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities: Act as the technical lead in a hands-on, individual contributor capacity, setting the standard for engineering excellence. Architect, develop and deploy scalable, robust applications using TypeScript, GraphQL, Serverless Framework, and React. Write clean, testable, and efficient code using TypeScript, GraphQL, Serverless Framework, and React.
Drive API development while ensuring the highest levels of security and data protection. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables and set and manage expectations. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and mentor other engineers in a peer capacity.
Own end-to-end project execution, including but not limited to design, development, testing, and deployment. Continuously explore new technologies and tools for potential implementation. Will be a plus: Familiarity with DevOps, distributed event streaming platforms, and patterns.
Professional certifications in relevant technologies. Experience in leading agile teams and applying agile methodologies. We Offer: Work with 1 winner of the 'Best
