• Assume any responsibility and task assigned by your immediate supervisor and complete it satisfactorily
• Actively participate in the improvement of the Quality/Safety and Environment Management System, based on procedures and instructions, as well as share, understand and comply with the Quality/Safety
• Ensure the supply of raw materials to meet customer demand
• Experience in handling MRP
• Execute MRP signals, (Place new orders, Reschedule existing orders, Expedite existing orders, and Cancel Purchase Orders
• Experience with Finished Product Forecast Management and analysis, Including historical data (FG Level and Raw Material)
• Responsible for the Raw Material Inventory level
• Responsible for providing implementation dates by the materials department for assignments from machine time to special engineering runs
• Experience in handling E&O
• Ensure compliance with metrics established by the local and/or corporate operation related to the planning process
• Supervise and Train Material Planners
• Responsible for Providing implementation dates for New Products (Phase in & Phase Out)

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering or 7 years of experience in materials planning
• Knowledge of planning processes
• Experience in MRP
• Experience in managing Inventory optimization, eliminating excesses and shortages of materials
• Understanding of the supply chain in an ERP environment and how it affects customer service
• Knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle Preferably
• Advanced knowledge of using Excel and Google Apps
• Bilingual Spanish / English
