The Lead Operational Controllership Analyst is responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context. This is a temporary position with a 12 month contract.

As a Lead Operational Controllership Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering accounting and policy application & process administration for all cycles. Understanding and interpreting applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally financial process/accounting services.

• Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.

• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

• Contributing to project as a team member or leading small projects.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Accounting Diploma from an accredited university or college.

• Have minimum of 4- 5 yrs of experience in Accounting Operations, mainly in taxes. And 2 yrs of experience with government audits.

• Be able demonstrate sound knowledge of country's accounting and tax laws.

• Be a good team player and display good communication skills in English.

• Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
