JOB SUMMARY
Jabil is looking for a Sr./Lead RF Test Engineer to become a member of its growing global Engineering Services team. As a Sr./Lead RF Test Engineer, you will provide effective and efficient product and test technical support for New Product Introduction and volume production, in terms of test failure analysis, and continuous improvement and innovation activities, to improve product performance and product test yield.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work together with Jabil global dedicated Engineering Services team, which function including PE/TE/ME/PQL/PCL/PM/TD.
- Participate in the early phase to study and analysis of new product from EMS side, prepare test technical suggestion.
- Continue to study new product and production test technology to give the technical support.
- Add value support for NPI/GPI/TPIs, for workcell and repair center, locally and globally.
- Co-work with customer’s R&D or test development, and lead site actively for deep diving investigation and provide technical proposal.
- Proactive communication between Ericsson-Jabil Engineering teams.
- Leverage both customer way of working and Jabil internal procedure.
- Share experience and knowledge and provide training to engineers and technicians to improve team’s competence and efficiency.
- Lead the test fault analysis and solve test related problem.
- Improve test system performance constantly, by focusing on test system stability and reliability.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include Engineering Service Manager.
- Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of radio theory and principle.
- Experienced in RF measurement, by using Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Network Analyzer, and other RF measurement equipment.
- Proficient in English.
- Self-starter, highly motivated and with strong desire of accountability and ownership.
- Experience on the root cause analysis process and tools.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (four-year undergraduate degree) in Instruments/Electronic/Telecommunication/Automation Engineering.
- 3 years of relevant experience working.
- Experience with C# or C++ programming languages is a plus.
