• Compilar, analizar e interpretar información relacionada con scrolls, lay outs, planes de manufactura, curvas de producción, curvas de lanzamiento, BOMs y dibujos de productos
• Control del Gasto de Planta para alcanzar niveles de Gross profit
• Cumplimiento de Auditorias SOX´s, Externas Deloitte, Internas API
• Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento en tiempo y sin errores de las solicitudes del complejo GMC, llevar estadísticas y gráficas four-squares
• Consolidar información y explicar a la Dirección del complejo GMC los estudios financieros, así como preparar estudios de sensibilización alternos para analizar riesgos y oportunidades
• Creación de estudios de viabilidad financiera con análisis de retorno de inversión, valor presente neto, margen de contribución, utilidad bruta y neta.
• Monitorear programas y proyectos y su avance, mantenimiento y creación de cost books
• Soportar a las áreas financieras de Reporte Financiero y Contabilidad de Costos en los entregables recurrentes (weeklies, forecast, month end, Budget, etc.)
• Elaboración de Análisis de Costeo- UCRS (Unit Cost Request System)
• Calcular y responder de manera analítica y adecuada los UCRS
• Control y seguimiento a CAPEX Forecast
• Control de Costos Budget, y elaboración de Costeo ABC y archivos de margin by part.
• Planear y coordinar reuniones recurrentes con otras áreas dentro fuera del complejo. Presentación de Cost Request, Financieros y seguimiento de programas.
• Cálculo de precios de transferencia de Intercompañías para nuevos números de parte liberados mediante el sistema de Cost Request.

Required Skills and Education

Contador Público, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica o afín, 5 años de experiencia como mínimo en analizar, interpretar y preparar estudios de viabilidad financiera. Conocimiento general de control presupuestal, elaboración de Costeo ABC, control y seguimiento a CAPEX Forecast, auditoria internas, lanzamientos de nuevos programas, interpretación completa de Cost Request, inglés avanzado.
