Responsibilities:
Support in the design, implementation and monitoring of the legal department and compliance processes to keep up with DVA's growth, with a particular view towards addressing local concerns in LATAM and Spain, aligned to the requirements of the businesses, globally.
Actively support the Global Head of Legal, Compliance & Governance, DVA Group implement DVA's Global Compliance Management Program and drive a compliance culture in the LATAM region.
Actively support and guide the Agro, Plastic and Health & Nutrition business colleagues in LATAM region on Legal, Compliance & Governance related matters and processes, including but not limited to, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Conflict of interest, Data Privacy, Third Party Due Diligence, contract management, legal support, delegation or authority, etc. including advice on the interpretation of Legal provisions and DVA Directives.
Actively support in the Drafting of Global DVA Directives & Processes in line with legislative changes and compliance risks and translating them into digital processes.
Actively conduct and monitor Compliance Trainings, Compliance Communication and Change Management through creative means.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Global Head of Legal, Compliance & Governance.
Profile:
Academic degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Audit or related discipline
Previous experience in supporting or working on a Compliance Program and in a Legal & Compliance Team
Advanced working experience in MNCs with strong business acumen in the Life Science Industry for 6 to 8 years
Fluent language proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Profound inter-cultural and communication skills with the ability to guide business on Legal and Compliance matters across functions
Good Project Management skills, agile, innovative & digital savvy, solution oriented, passionately driving organisational change and being a proactive collaborator
