In this role, you will be responsible to Advise on a wide range of corporate law matters related to the operation and objectives through detailed analysis, risk assessments, drafting, document reviews and negotiation commercial agreements, corporate actions, data privacy and solution development, ensuring legal compliance, risk management, and protection of corporate interests to contribute to the longterm success and sustainability of the company in a regulated environmentA successful LEGAL COUNSEL willLegal Advice Providing legal guidance to the company in a wide range of areas such as corporate law, contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, among others.Risk Management Identifying and evaluating the legal risks faced by the company and developing strategies to mitigate them.Regulatory Compliance Ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where it operates.Contract Negotiation and Drafting Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts, partnership agreements, employment agreements, and other important legal documents.Dispute Resolution Managing and resolving legal disputes, whether through negotiations, mediation, arbitration andor litigation.Due Diligence Conducting comprehensive legal reviews during mergers, acquisitions or other business transactions to identify potential legal issues and assess risks.Intellectual Property Protection Advising on the protection of the companys intangible assets, such as trademarks, patents and copyrights.The above responsibilities cannot be interpreted as unique to this role. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required andor necessary.A successful LEGAL COUNSEL profile will haveLaw Degree, Master of Laws preferableAt least 8 years of relevant professional experience.Experience in the areas of Corporate Law, Financing, Commercial Law and Hospitality. Previous experience in Law Firm preferable.Bilingual English and Spanish. Excellent writing and communication skills both in English and Spanish.Adaptability. Solution and result oriented person. Innovation. Integrity.
