Library Phone Agent - ALLDATA

Job Description

This position is the primary point of contact helping customers find information in our products, or obtaining additional information from a variety of sources. The ideal candidate is dependable energetic, loves cars and automotive work but prefers to work in an office environment.

Responsabilities

• Assist customers to navigate and locate information in ALLDATA products
• Help ALLDATA customers via phone/email/fax with automotive information request
• Locate, customize and prepare automotive information for distribution
• Log customer interactions in CRM system

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Professional automotive repair, service writer or auto parts work experience
• Knowledgeable on automotive makes, models, systems, components and manuals
• Experience in high call volume contact center
• Good computer skills (Internet navigation is a must)
• Fully bilingual English-Spanish
• ASE/AMPSAS certified is a plus
