Job Description
This position is the primary point of contact helping customers find information in our products, or obtaining additional information from a variety of sources. The ideal candidate is dependable energetic, loves cars and automotive work but prefers to work in an office environment.
Responsabilities
- Assist customers to navigate and locate information in ALLDATA products
- Help ALLDATA customers via phone/email/fax with automotive information request
- Locate, customize and prepare automotive information for distribution
- Log customer interactions in CRM system
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional automotive repair, service writer or auto parts work experience
- Knowledgeable on automotive makes, models, systems, components and manuals
- Experience in high call volume contact center
- Good computer skills (Internet navigation is a must)
- Fully bilingual English-Spanish
- ASE/AMPSAS certified is a plus
