Purpose of the Position: 

Lead a comprehensive digital transformation in close collaboration with the different business and IT entities, by aligning tools, data intelligence and systems with the business strategy (Engie global & local). Include improve operations for efficiency, identifying transformative projects and collaborating across teams for optimized business strategies. Engage with stakeholders, driving Change Management initiatives and working as the focal point for Digital Transformation projects.

Responsabilities and Job Functions: 

Driving Engie's digital transformation through identification and implementation of opportunities for improvements within business operations, to make work more efficient and streamline processes, free up or obtain new capacities and generate productivity, always considering the best value for Engie.

Develop projects, as well as challenge current projects that streamline processes, ensuring the company is well-prepared for future challenges and actively driving operational excellence. Lead Change Management initiatives to ensure successful operational implementation and adoption.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies, evaluate it together with business needs to identify transformative projects and lead the implementation to drive future success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness and leverage digital tools.

Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them. Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners at all company levels.

Partner with the field and operation teams to research & provide feedback on end-user data or system issues within the solution already implemented and propose solutions based on technology and process improvements.

Ocupational Profile: 

Project management and/or other similar related competencies
Strong analytical capability to view problems from multiple vantage points
Ability to view situations objectively and articulate logic behind recommendations in a direct manner
Proven strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities through digital acceleration
Ability to drive large transformational change agenda to include people, process, technology transformation
Particularly effective at breaking through functional silos to optimize business results
Highly adept at the instilling a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational & geographical boundaries
Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner

Minimum 5 years of experience in Management consulting, Business transformation or relevant role
