Summary
The role of this position is to manage the entire procedures for budget and cost areas, integrate the best practices according with the CBI Culture and helping the team to obtain the goals.Need a good communication with all the project team members as: Project Managers, Project Controls, Finances teams, technical management, and Vendors/ Contractors. The main areas to managing will be as: Budget Procedures. - Needs to manage the site team to develop an accurate budget besides the breakdown structure (WBS) for the Capital Investment project; managing the changes of the budget/SOW; care the funds and build-up a benchmarking report. Cost Procedures. -Managing the site team to support, review, care and validate all the costs according with the budget/SOW approved for the project, into the procurement, change management, claims, back charges, etc.
Responsibilities
1.Be involved to plan miscellaneous projects (CAPEX plan projects) for developing a fair estimate.
2. Managing the risk and changes, to ensure the optimal use of the project resources to develop the scope of work.
3. Managing the timing to report the cost control on the period approved and as accurate as requested.
4. Would have the ability to work in association with the staff members, construction management team, as well as the project contractors and main vendors.
5. Managing to ensure optimal control of the change management data applying the procedures on site.
6. Managing the procedures involved in the cash flow report, to reach the KPI requested by the company in the accuracy on timing and dollar amount.
7. Managing the compliance of the Pre-Qualification process of all the vendors by D&B.
8. Managing, support and review the update of the WBS on site, for the publication in a timely manner according to the company's policies. 9 Leading the realization of the historical data into the data base by project type to have an accurate database that is auxiliary in the creation of new project estimates and a good benchmark.
