We are seeking a talented Line Human Resources Generalist to join our specialized Manufacturing team for our Meritor area in Monterrey, Nuevo León, MEXICO.
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
In charge of dining room, transportation, times and movements (Kronos)
Provide information for statistics related to plant operation
Support for attention and questions to collaborators (job requirements: credentials, job letters: fonact, payroll receipts, canteen, etc.)
Support in the solution and attention of IATF and Environmental Audits (Dining Room)
Participation in Continuous Improvement Projects (pokayokes)
Resolution of union doubts, attention to requirements and support to the organization with communication with the union.
Unionized and corporate personal attention to requirements
Scheduling extra time to coordinate Transportation, Dining Room.
Validation of transportation, dining room and facilities emergency protocols.
To be successful in this position, you will need the following:
Lic. Administration or similar.
1 to 3 years of verifiable experience in Human Resources issues in industrial plants
Experience in communication and resolution of complaints with the Union
Experience in responding to requests from internal plant personnel
Knowledge of HR Audits in IATF, ISO14001, HSE or similar.
High Analytical – Resolution capacity
Intermediate-Advanced Excel management
Kronos tool management
Intermediate English (Conversational)
