What You Will Do

What You Need
- Analyzes, diagnoses and repairs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment related to
limited supervision.
- Performs operating diagnostics and equipment failures to find opportunities to perform preventive,
- Perform the uninstallation, disarming, dismantling or changes that are necessary in the equipment.
- Participates in the development and programming of preventive and predictive maintenance and
- Prepare requisitions of parts and materials that are required.
- Verify that the equipment and instruments work properly and are properly installed and calibrated.
- Comply with the requirements of quality management systems (IATF) and environmental management

What You Need
- Formal training in TPM, Kaizen and other lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of PLC systems.
- Knowledge of high and low voltage systems.
- Basic English / Understanding simple verbal and written instructions.
- Basic knowledge in reading electrical and electronic drawings. Mechanical, Hydraulic.
- Management of hand tools, electrical equipment measurement and electrical theory
- Must be able to follow verbal and/or written instructions by company supervisory personnel, Coworkers and vendor representatives.
- Capable of creating and processing work orders within a computerized maintenance-management
- Quick Changeover concept (SMED).
- Knowledge and application of the LOTTO system.
