Assists in the implementation of marketing and promotional programs. Interfaces with different FedEx departments to ensure customer satisfaction (for Credit & Collections, Invoicing, Customer Service, or Operations) in a timely manner, providing feedback to the lead source regarding the results. Works with account executives to support lower volume accounts. Responds to leads from Marketing, Customer Service, or Operations in a timely manner, providing feedback to the lead source regarding the results. Prepares and maintains updated reports, files, and related paperwork. Bachelors Degree or College student preferred. Experience in commercial, industrial, or Telephone Sales. Knowledge of effective Telephone Sales techniques, excellent negotiation, and communications skills. Clear and articulate speaking voice and the ability to organize large amounts of information preferred. Fluent in English.
