Job Summary
The Project Coordinator (CallCenter) will be resposible to guarantee the satisfaction of the Distributors' Network, ensuring the fulfillment of orders in due time and form, as well as the search for improvement opportunities in the logistics process.
Working Scheme: Client site (Cuatitlan/Mex)
Main Activities:
Follow-up with parts analysts to backorders and/or special orders
Follow-up and response to Distributors' requests by mail and telephone.
Search for references and accessories
Search and price analysis
Order placement and cancellation
Investigation and resolution of discrepancies
Order creation and warehouse process management
Taking of photographs
Modification of manuals
Modification of organizational charts
Modification of training matrix Projects
Customs knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations and/or International Trade.
Experience (minimum 6 months) in activities related to purchasing and ordering processes, customer service, call centers or related area.
