POSITION: Logistics Customer Service Sr Manager

Job Description - What will you do?

We are looking for a dynamic senior leader to oversee the Mexico and Central America supply chain processes for one of our customers in the Consumer Product Industry. This role will lead the Order Entry, Order Management, Stock Allocation, Customer Facing, Transport Planning and Transport Tendering processes, and lead a team of 70 team members based in Mexico and India Hubs

  • Responsible for the level of Customer Service.
  • Responsible for ensuring the performance of the team and ensuring that they are trained.
  • Process transactions and produce products in the following areas, as well as lead a team of 10-20 people.
  • Support the team in training, guide the team in the process of planning and managing purchase orders.
  • Optimizing customer-related processes such as delivery routes, ordering behavior (cost to serve optimization) by independently initiating and managing improvement measures and projects with customers and internal experts.
  • Integrating new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD.
  • Evaluating logistics efficiency and cost deriving from ordering behavior and initiating and executing improvement actions.
  • Providing insights to the customer in terms of operational performance derived from data analytics and proposing new policies or policy reviews to the customer.
  • Monitor operating metrics and overseeing that the day to day tasks within the operation is running efficiently with primary focus being on continuous improvement.
  • Managing recalls (control/support for shipping communication)

Technical skills, required knowledge and experience:

  • Experience interacting with high graded corporate stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
