We are looking for a LOGISTICS SITE OPERATIONS LEADER talent, to join our specialized CORPORATE team for our SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING department for CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO.

In this position you will have an impact by:

-Monitoring and Driving Warehouse Ops in Juarez via intel business reports, metrics and KPI’s.

-Escalating and addressing with JLC Site Manager, Warehouse and Material Feeding issues impacting.

-Leading daily operations meeting with JLC Management to review and execute Customers Delivery Plan.

-Escalating and addressing issues impacting shipping process with Cross Functional team.

-Leading weekly meetings addressing Warehouse process/controls/performance issues.

-Conducting Monthly Business Reviews to review, scorecard/KPI’s, Warehouse cost and Warehouse Inventory Control.

-Leading Warehouse Functional Excellence through formal process improvement standard.

-Leading/Sponsoring Warehouse Continuos Improvement, Lean Production System and Six Sigma projects

-To be the Main liaison between Local and Central customer/stakeholders with JLC Management

To be successful in this position, you will need:

-B.S in Manufactuing, Warehousing or Logisctics Management

-English – Proficient Level (Oral and Written)

-APICS Certification – Plus

-6S & Lean Manufacturing – Plus

-Project Management – Plus

-Three to five years of experience in Manufactuirng/Warehousing Operations

-Excellent written, communications and presentation skills

-Management and Leadership skills

-Certified Six Sigma GB preferred.

Knowledge and application of COS and Warehouse Functional Excellence
