Logistics Warehousing Project Administrator

  • Full-time
  • The Project Administrator is responsible for different tasks and duties that are part of the goal reaching warehouse projects under the view of cost saving, current process improvement and new processes for innovation and industry 4.0 implementation for development of the site, suppliers and customers. In addition, the Project Administrator is responsible for coordinating and documenting projects, perform specific project tasks and carry out day-to-day support activities related to the project.

    • Experience of 3 to 7 years in logistic process.
    • Knowledge of Supply Chain and overall Logistics with a strong focus on Internal Material Flow / Warehousing
    • MS Office
    • Quality, safety, health and environmental management - ISO / TS16949, ISO / 14001 & ISO 45001
    • MS Project or similar
    • Problem solving methods (PDCA’s, A3 Problem solving sheet, 8D’s)
    • Proactive, analytic, team worker, organized and good communication skill
    • Process Engineering skills
    • Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Administration or International Business
    • English advanced
