Machine Build Supervisor

What you’ll do:
  • Supervise the operational resources to satisfy and accomplish the client requirements (internal and/or external) on time, quantity, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the Assembly and Controls Eng. Area focus to the efficiency, security, and quality, delivery, cost and moral.

  • Follow up and implementation of the Corporative standards in the manufacturing and related areas.
  • Oversees all stages of assembly machinery from mechanical assembly, electrical, debugging and validation. Guarantees adherence and drive improvements in the current process of mechanical Assembly and controls and programming devices.
  • Monitor and review company’s project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within scheduled period of time and budget.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, such as processing information files and reports to support the financial and end of month operational report.

What is required:
  • Bachelor Degree and previous experience on the job.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required. (English and Spanish).

  • Techniques for quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.
