What you’ll do:
- Supervise the operational resources to satisfy and accomplish the client requirements (internal and/or external) on time, quantity, quality and continuous improvement.
- Manage the Assembly and Controls Eng. Area focus to the efficiency, security, and quality, delivery, cost and moral.
Follow up and implementation of the Corporative standards in the manufacturing and related areas.- Oversees all stages of assembly machinery from mechanical assembly, electrical, debugging and validation. Guarantees adherence and drive improvements in the current process of mechanical Assembly and controls and programming devices.
- Monitor and review company’s project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within scheduled period of time and budget.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, such as processing information files and reports to support the financial and end of month operational report.
What is required:
- Bachelor Degree and previous experience on the job.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required. (English and Spanish).
Techniques for quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.
