The Opportunity

We are in need of a self-starting, reliable, and eager customer service professional who will contribute to the amazing culture that is Marshall Reddick Real Estate. We're looking for a proactive team memberto make an immediate impact in our Property Management division.

The main objective of this position is to handle and filter all incoming maintenance requests through AppFolio, communicate with vendors, and ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner. We are looking for a quick learner who is proactive, can take direction well, and shows initiative. This position will require excellent organization and time management skills to exceed expectations for our tenants, owners, and vendors. You will have the privilege of communicating with landlords, when needed, regarding the status of their properties.

We have a need to hire 2 full-time, individual contractors to work remotely from Mexico and support a portfolio of properties in of our Texas and Florida markets.

Location | Remote - Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey)

Hourly Rate |$8.00 - $12.00 USD per hour

Shifts Available | Monday - Friday, 8:30am CST - 5:30pm CST & Monday - Friday, 7:30am CST - 4:00pm CST

What You'll Do
  • Respond to all tenant maintenance requests
  • Contact, coordinate, and dispatch vendor(s) to properties
  • Communicate with landlords to obtain approval for make-ready or maintenance repairs
  • Work closely with Maintenance Managers to maintain a vendor list
  • Onboard new vendors, obtain documentation, set up portal access
  • Prepare move-in/move-out reports
  • Must be available for on-call emergency rotation
What Qualifies You
  • Fluent in English and Spanish to include written and verbal communication
  • Personal laptop/computer, high-speed internet connection, and home office space
  • Experience using property management software, AppFolio is a huge plus
  • Property management experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working on a team with daily communication
