The PlantMaintenance & Facilities Manager will provide Maintenance to Processequipment electric, hydraulic and water treatment facilities Supervisory Responsibilities:


- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Promotes an environment of transparency, collaboration, inclusion, and innovation Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that the facility’s equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly.
2. Oversees the facility’s maintenance program; identifies and analyzes equipment or machinery failures and takes corrective actions.
3. Provides technical training to management and other team members.
4. Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.
5. Collaborates with other manufacturing managers and leadership to set and assess priorities across teams.
6. Champions the Spare parts & chemical Management account.
7. Maintenance and Supervision of centralized filtration systems, water treatment
8. Responsible to lead TPM implementation across the plant.
9. Responsible to Maintain and Improve kpis such as MTTR, MCBF, Downtime, Work orders back log.
10. Responsible of leading the implementation of RCMs Projects
11. Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and guidelines, including EPA and OSHA requirements.
12. Prepares, implements, and champions the departmental budget.
13. Responsible to implement best practices and lessons learned from other plants or departments
14. Responsible for developing local vendors for spare parts needs
15. Responsible for technical development of Skill trades and supervisors

Skills/Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities: 1. Thorough understanding of mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering.
2. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
6. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
7.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare budgets and records.
8. Communicates fluently and prolifically
9. Develops Strategic perspective Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, - - Electronics, or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field, required.
- At least five years of supervisory & managerial experience preferred.
- At least of five years of experience in automation (PLCs, Robots, Vision systems)
- At least of five years of experience in Machining Process (CNCs, cutting tools)
- At least of five years of experience of managing vendors or business partners
