ZF is looking for a Maintenance Tech for our location in Monterrey.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Developing-level technician who works under technical guidance and/or supervision, and performs technical tasks used to support product engineering efforts.
- May be employed in a prototype, test or quality environment.
- Provides technical assistance in the areas of design, layout and detail drawing, procurement of materials, construction of prototypes and testing equipment of prototype products.
- Maintains testing equipment and work area in accordance with 5S principles and quality standards.
- Has basic understanding of product development procedures and engineering services techniques.
- Proficient usage of equipment and machinery required to perform job.
- Normally receives little or no instruction on routine activities.
- May receive detailed instruction on new assignments.
Requirements
- Computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.);
- Problem solving skills;
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience with reading blueprints;
- Experience in machining components;
- Basic math and reading skills;
- Ability to use standard shop measurement tools;
- Familiarity with engineering assembly and component drawings
