Maintenance Worker

Supports the Maintenance team in conducting activities according to agreed maintenance guidelines and procedures to increase the overall efficiency of the equipment and production line.

This position reports to

Maintenance Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Perform corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance to machinery, peripheral equipment and building.
  • Application of the LOTO procedure in the equipment that is undergoing adjustment, model change or maintenance.
  • Filling out work orders.
  • Performing bench work and daily report of activities.
  • Ensure compliance with the process of work orders and / or corrective and preventive maintenance reports.
  • Performing electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic installations in new acquisitions, transfers and rearrangements of machinery, production lines and peripheral equipment.
  • Dismantling of obsolete electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic supplies.
  • Provide training to production personnel on the correct operation, adjustment and autonomous maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Processing and following up on hazardous work permits (hot work, work at heights, work in confined spaces, etc.).
  • Your background

  • Electromechanical Technician, Mechatronics or similar.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Knowledge in basic electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Curiosity, care (information), courage (taking action and responsibility) and collaboration.
  • Basic level of English.
