As Manager Customer Care, you will guide a skilled, dynamic team, driving them to achieve outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing workloads, setting priorities and resolving challenges in the team
  • Serving as the primary escalation point for operational and customer issues
  • Collaborating closely with different departments (e.g. Sales and Logistics) and the Logistic Account Manager to optimize processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Driving continuous improvement projects for an efficient order-to-cash process and high customer satisfaction
  • Own, maintain and elevate our service level KPIs, ensuring a consistently outstanding customer experience
  • Built and drive the mid/long-term roadmap for your scope
  • Support well-being in the team and nurture team capabilities to boost performance
  • As Manager Customer Care for FC Professional & Trading, you will be part of the Customer Care leadership team within the Customer Supply Chain organization of Professional & Trading.
