What you'll do
The Solutions Consulting (SC) Manager is responsible for managing a team of Solution Consultants who support our sales teams. This SC team discovers and understands customer business challenges, complex processes, and architectural landscapes in order to build world-class integrated solutions leveraging DocuSign’s platform and suite of products. Through engaging stories and custom-built demonstrations, SC’s illustrate the value and benefits of modernizing a prospect’s System of Agreement through DocuSign’s Intelligent Agreement Management Agreement Cloud offerings. The Manager is accountable for coaching and developing these individual contributors, helping them to drive adoption/usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader DocuSign partner ecosystem.
This position is a people manager role reporting to Director, Solution Consultant LATAM.
Responsibility
- Support the Hispanic Latin America Major and Enterprise Solutions Consulting team by providing guidance on winning sales strategies and innovative approaches to solving specific customer business challenges
- Support ongoing growth and development of the team including recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring
- Provide solutions consulting inputs for sales campaigns and active opportunities, including solution designs, solution estimates and client demonstrations
- Engage confidently with business and IT leaders in our customer organizations, and influence at all levels and in a variety of our clients' business functions (sales, finance, marketing, HR, marketing, legal)
- Build industry-specific materials and also core industry vertical programmes
- Work closely with Marketing and product management to create and roll out country-specific customer materials
- Communicate clearly with internal resources including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Sales Leadership
- Manage business development activities, including; opportunity identification and upselling with new and existing customers
- Participate in in-house customer training sessions
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 5+ years of pre-sales or related job accountabilities, and ideally previous people management or relatable experience within SaaS software Industry
- BA/BS in a business or a technical related field of study from an accredited college or university
- Experience managing a team of technical consultants or sales people within a SaaS organization
Preferred
- Shown success in a technical and value solutions consulting role within a SaaS organization
- Solid understanding of SaaS applications
- Excellent understanding of business impact and value added analysis and presentation
- Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
- Strong record of defining and executing against key performance indicators
- Ability to build trust and rapport with cross functional teams
- Passion for growing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
- Fluency in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus
- A clear understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Project management and clear project leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365 technologies
