To be successful in this role you Should:

  • Be currently enrolled in an Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related bachelor’s degree and have at least 1 year left of school.
  • Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
  • Be fluent in oral and written English
  • Have the legal right to work without restrictions or have company sponsorship in the country you have applied
  • Be prepared to enroll yourself with different activities and projects, being owner of them and having an active voice to be part of the team and the company in a large scale

About the role

Job Description – Manufacturing administrative Intern ALS AMO Workshop. 

Artificial lift is a method used in Oil & Gas industry to produce Oil while the wells don’t be able to do it in natural way.Is a system (downhole and Surface),formed by different equipment’s. Is also know ESP System. 

In ALS AMO Workshop Ecuador, we make all activities related with disassembly, assembly, test, and repair of downhole Equipment’s. 

The Downhole Equipment’s are: 

Pump: Is the equipment in charge to produce pressure in the oil and generate the lifting process to the external fluid to the surface. 

Motor: Is the equipment in charge to generate the power to move all the system. 

Intake: is the section by the external fluid get in into the whole system and then, through the pump. 

Seals: Is the equipment in charge to protect the Motor, working as a barrier, avoiding that the external fluid, can get in into the Motor. 

Responsibilities of the Job Description. 

1. Support in the Digitization and control of Quality documents (Quality plan and warranties) of all our equipment (which are requested as supports by our customers in the different facilities). 

2. Support in monitoring Equipment Maintenance plans and measuring instruments. 

3. Support in the internal control of supplies and tools. 

4. Support in Entry into SAP system of traceability information of those critical parts in all our equipment (such as serial, batch, Expiration Time, JOB number, etc). 

5. Support for "non-critical" activities in the Teardown Process (Support to the Reliability team). 

a. Support with closing, opening and/or updating transactions of the MAPS System. 

b. Support in taking photographic records in disassembly of equipment without the presence of the client. 

c. Support in obtaining parameters for the country's Reliability KPIs. 

6. Support in generation of Requisitions for movement of materials between bases. 

7. Support in creating and updating indirect POs in ARIBA system. 

Features of Candidate: 

1. intermedium English level. 

2. Proactive and Responsible. 

3. Excellent Communications skills. 

4. Cursing 6th Semester and above. 

5. Advance knowledge in Microsoft tools (specially Excel- macros). 

6. Open tolearning new things. 

7. working with Digital Systems and tools like SAP. (desired)
