JOB SUMMARY: Takes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) of quality manufacturing/logistics assurance engineers and sometimes quality control teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS a. In charge of the Quality of one or several production sectors b. Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied c. Lead continuous improvement on its production lines d. Lead root cause analysis of quality issue and Problem solving e. Be a member of the Short Interval Management of the production lines f. Create and maintain quality control documentation g. Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) h. Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new product or product evolution (PMP and PEP) i. Manage derogations j. Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector k. Management (hierarchical or functional) of the QCT/QCS, and QAT4 l. Manage his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
