POSITION OBJECTIVE
Coordinate the marketing initiatives and projects in the CSC region (Caribbean, South and Central America), being at the forefront of planning and executing the projects that are part of the local strategy supporting the brands and the distributor’s campaigns.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deploy the 360º go to market plan, coordinating the initiatives below:
1) Brand Marketing planning and execution:
Paid Media and sponsorships
Earned Media (partnerships, influencers and PR)
Owned media (social organic, CRM and Website)
2) Dealer Marketing support and execution:
Distributors’ marketing plan support and coordination
Distributors’ coop funds coordination
The activities can include:
Digital campaign briefing and assets approval
PR and influencers activations planning and execution
CRM activations and assets approval
Website content translation and adaptation
Marketing materials translation and adaptation (such as brochures, banners, spec-sheets)
Events and tradeshows planning and execution
Frequent contact with distributors to support their regional marketing plans
Definition, comunication and control of the Coop funds to distributors, including processing of credit and debit notes
Creation of Purchase Orders and submission of payment processes
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Awareness (videoviews, reach)
Consideration (web visits)
Conversion (leads generation and conversion)
Content and assets according to Brand Guidelines
Coop funds usage rate
Leads follow-up rate
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related areas
Experience:
5 years’ experience
Language:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
