Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Services Manager for Mexico, Central American & Caribbean (C&C) and Andina region, as experienced professional you will play an important role on the Tetra Pak marketing team. In this dynamic position, you will engage with different members of the marketing team in various ways along with significant exposure to both the food and beverage packaging and retail industry. As part of our highly motivated, diverse team you are delivering an integrated marketing approach to assigned customers, including products and services deployment plan. You are defining business opportunities for the market/customers based on consolidation and analysis of broad sets of market data; deployment of Marketing Services programs as suitable per customer; by bringing voice of market to Global teams, as well as deploying the promotional investment budget. 
The position is based in Polanco Mexico City, Mexico, reporting to the Marketing Services Director Americas.
You will be travelling around 25% - 30% of your time to events and customer sites.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. 

What you will do

As Marketing Services Manager, you will: 

  • Work with our specialists across many areas of marketing, including Marketing Services, Portfolio, Business Insights & Analytics. 
  • Collaborate with other members of our marketing team and support cross functional teams and customers with market intelligence, category, and customer analysis. 
  • Work with and manage multiple stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Portfolio, Innovation and Business Insights and Analytics teams. 
  • Lead the marketing interactions with assigned customers.  
  • Contribute to the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories. 
  • Deliver innovative services for customers according to Tetra Pak methodologies.  
  • Provide relevant and qualitative input to new product requirements based on value chain needs in key segments. 
  • Provide input to research requirements for market and liaise with cluster business intelligence.
  • Make relevant and qualitative use of research output for internal strategies and opportunities aligned with customers’ needs. 
  • Manage Promotional Investment and programs for assigned customers. 

We believe you have

  • A degree or MBA in Marketing or equivalent Marketing discipline is required. 
  • 5-7 years’ Marketing experience in professional corporate environment.
  • Experience collaborate Americas region: Mexico, Central American & Caribbean (C&C) and Andina region (Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, etc.)
  • Great communication skills, fluent English is a must (written and spoken).
  • A data-oriented mindset with the ability to develop insights and tell a story. 
  • Strong competency with PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Great customer service skills and a go-getter attitude.  
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills. 
  • Diligence and the ability to build trust quickly with strong integrity. 
  • Interest and ability to identify market opportunities as well as develop value propositions for these opportunities. 
  • A drive for results and thorough follow-up. 
  • Customer oriented; abilities to discuss and negotiate marketing topics and support services
