SUMMARY : This role is within the Marketing teams, focused on Digital Creative with support to the CRM and Analytics teams.

As the Senior General Services Manager, you will be crucial in shaping and executing our brand's visual identity and strategies across our organization through email and / or digital marketing channels.

You will develop and execute the overall creative strategy for email marketing campaigns and lead a team of creative and Marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that produces high-quality, on-brand, and effective visual assets and structured analysis.

This position also requires proficiency in translation and fluency in English to ensure effective communication with our diverse audience, proofreading all materials to ensure they are letter-perfect and mistake-free.

This person is responsible for comprehensive project management of their work, maintaining deadlines, escalating issues to their manager, and communicating status and needs clearly across teams.

Is available to help any of the teams when required to support graphic design, trans-creation, and translation of Marketing materials from English to Spanish.

Coordinates particular projects, assignments, meeting activities, and consistently follows up on all open projects. You will investigate non-standard requests and problems, make presentations to upper management, ensure accurate project documentation, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Will coordinate efforts to provide high-level technical solutions and analysis using specialized systems. Guarantee KPIs are being met and created as required by upper management to build a true center of excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to elevate our marketing initiatives and a strong desire to deliver the best experience for all customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES : 1) Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers and creative professionals in the conceptualization and execution of various marketing materials, including but not limited to email and digital marketing assets 2) Project Management.

Ensures quality and timeliness of projects by closely monitoring standards that include technical aspects such as coding standards, best practices, optimal software solutions, changing processes, and documentation.

Manage, prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously with varying completion dates and competing priorities.

3) Team Management. Oversee creative and technical team ensuring individuals are completing team KPIs, trainings, 1 on 1 meetings, IDPs, career tracking and team building.

As well as, creating strategies for the continuous development of the team. 4) Collaborate with leadership setting the strategy and definition of goals.

Communicates status and progress of projects and activities to team members and stakeholders. Communicates effectively and tailors’ communications appropriately to different audiences.

Onboards and trains team members, providing coaching and mentoring and developing team skills. Aids in the prioritization of activities for the team and delegation of activities.

5) Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance digital creative strategies. 6) Oversee the end-to-end graphic design process, ensuring the delivery of visually stunning and on-brand assets.

Project management of different analysis tasks. 7) Design and direct others in the creation of graphics, images, and other visual elements for email campaigns.

8) Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all email communications. 9) Understand and create high-profile report timelines, work closely to developers and individual contributors if needed.

Provide supervision when lead positions are open. Guarantee procedures are followed effectively per IT and business priorities and standards.

Supervises and leads the team on documenting all the processes and functions performed by the team. 10) Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the quality of the team’s results.

11) Utilize data insights to optimize future strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. 12) Supervise translation marketing content, campaigns, and design materials from English to other languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.

REQUIREMENTS : Level of formal education : Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications. Area of study : Marketing, Communication, Design, Business or related field Years of experience : 7+ years of marketing and / or digital communication experience, preferably in a retail or consumer-focused industry.

Type of experience : Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and CRM software.

Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment. Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Experience in development projects and teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Other / preferred : Expert problem-solving, domain technical, and analytical skills.

Project and personnel management - estimating, planning, controlling, and execution. In management, or similar roles Presentation, facilitation, and writing skills.
