Qualifications

The Opportunity

Responsible for the overall master Plan within a Sector, Business Unit or Category.  This role is accountable for the complete plan.

Your Impact

As Supply planner your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Operative Champion: Partner with repacker teams to become operative expert on 11 suppliers.
  • Ownership of DPP: Work with Operation/ purchase/ repackers leaders to ensure DPP is correctly configured (BPM, flavor and size matrix, stopages, maintenance, restrictions, calendars and shifts). While ensuring proper configuration.
  • MPS DPP: Translate monthy plan onto "weekly plan" based on operative restricions, MRP inventory levels, manufacturing fill rates, etc.
  • Replanishment Governance: Establish a robust governance (meetings and follow-ups) process with Factories and Repackers to ensure medium term needs are met and determine long term alignment (ie capacities/investment) and promotional data.
  • Supply Ownership: Work with Operative and repacker team to understand service and become fill rate gatekeeper and control

Innovations and Efficiencies: Work with Repack Planner long term and Purchase key partners to ensure innovation and on-time implementation of strategies in market; while becoming a key enabler of such ideas (set in trials/tests and communicate restrictions based on operative knowledge).

Who Are We Looking For?

Education:

  • Bachelor degree focused in Logistics, Business, Administration, industrial engineering.

 Experience:

  • 3- 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain planning.
  • SAP desirable and encouraged
  • Microsoft suite tools (excel, Power point)
  • Advanced English, Spanish
  • General Knowledge of logistic, planning (MPS, MRP, DRP, Inventory Optimizer)
  • Results oriented,
  • Decision making,
  • Teamwork,
  • Customer service,
  • Networking  work under pressure, frustration tolerance, sense of urgency,
  • Proactive.

Competencies required:

  • This operation is necessary to provide woldclass multicultural customer service, with immediately logistics solutions , according to customer requests or unespected issues, getting a sense of urgency with a great knowledge of customs requeriments and the timing to execute on time across PMF.
