Provide technical expertise and consultation on material and process to various functional groups inside the organization as well as to suppliers and customers
Identify and develop suppliers to support sensor manufacturing
Bring new materials and processes through laboratory development to production programs
Write materials specifications and engineering specifications
Write and communicate analysis and investigation reports disseminating information throughout engineering, warranty and development groups
Guide, evaluate, and approve material, component, or process in the localization of raw material and component suppliers
Lead - support product quality activities through process continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem solving techniques.

Experience in ceramic materials , metals and polymers and their processes and technologies
Experience in solid state electrochemical systems
Experience in HTCC materials (oxide systems with precious metal system) and processing
